One of KellMed’s most important core values is top level customer service. Our mission is to always respond to queries as soon as possible; and to offer friendly and professional responses at all times.

As a small, family run, business we can offer a personal touch that may be absent in larger corporations.  We are proud to have a many loyal returning customers, and endeavour to add to this base with every new enquiry we receive.

As part of our continual post market surveillance, we recently sent out a customer satisfaction questionnaire to over 700 customer contacts.

The results were overwhelmingly positive with 100% of replies stating they were either very satisfied or satisfied with all aspects of the service they have received.

All responses were anonymous and additional comments included
